If a film as been released and been certificated.. you can release the Film on DVD no Probs.. if you want to put a 5 min making of Docu on it the company has to spend ггггггг and send that 5mins to the BBFC and have it certified.. !

Also Criterion own all the rights to all the Extra Stuff on View askew discs they have doen.. and they onyl release films in the USA..

My Advice.. do what other UK Askewers have done and get a DVD player that will play R1 stuff and buy the DVDs from www.play247.com

I bought a LASERDISC player to see Clerks and Amy SEs.. way before the DVDs came out.

I doubt we will ever get 100% decent DVDs like the US so get a R1 system..

: How come so many hatchet jobs are done on Regaion 2 discs? Dogma and Mallrats are the only 2 out and i've been looking into the Region 1 disc details and in comparison the UK discs smoke c*ck big time. What's the prob?
