Before i start, just thought id kiss your behind Kev, because you are cool and i love your stuff.
OK. Here goes.
Im a English student doing his A-Levels, and for my media coursework, i am doing about how comic book adaptations to film stay true to their original texts, and if the film release subsequently makes the sales of the comics increase.
One of my main texts is the Viewaskew series of films and comics - mainly because Jay and Silent Bob are cool.
Basically, I wanted to know if htere was any info you could give me on either the Viewaskew Productions or comic book conversions in general that could be helpful...
And maybe even a quote from the man himself about his views on the subject of comic book adaptations to film. I know it is unlikely to be able to get a response from him, but it would so get me good marks for my essay, which should then help me get into University and get into the film making business.
I already have one cool quote that Im going to use, thanks to you Kevin.
The line in 'Clerks: The Comic Books' where Steve-Dave talks about how comic book collectors will die out after this generation.
Look forward to you Kevin.
Thanks, Craig Goodyear
