Although not a Jar Jar fan, I'd like to see the new edit to see if it confirms my suspicions that the Gungans themselves were removed, since Jar Jar's presence was so prominent in all their scenes. And I rather liked the submarine scene. I'd hate for that to be removed just to erase all traces of the character.
Hell, watch Trooper Clerks (again and again and...) if you want to get a fill of damned fine KS/SW crossovers.
