Buffy the Vampire Slayer the movie.
After watching it a couple of times, I finally spotted him. He plays the basketball player at the game in the red jersey with the number 10 on the front. If you're not sure, he's the scared basketball player who gives the ball to the vampire on the court. Watch the movie again and watch the basketball game. He's young in it, but you'll recognize him right off.
