I am in college and have to concentrate on getting enough sleep to get up in the morning. It's not fair, I grant you that, but life isn't fair either. Not to sound like I'm disagreeing with you, but I agree with you wholeheartedly. Here's a suggestion for Kevin, Jason, and the others in red:

Email the people who aren't up late at night to talk on the board. At least give us a chance.
