has two meanings: one it is the name of a fish (probably NOT how it being used here); the other is that it is someone in desguise/decoy. Like say for instance Ming heard one of us regulars was spamming people who post really hateful posts. Well, in order to find out who it is then Ming would come on here under another name and be a hateful poster trying to catch the guilty regular. Its a term that was used a lot during World War II and the Cold War.
