Here's all the info you need on the DVDs in UK:

Clerks DVD.
Miramax own the Clerks DVD and have been known to release their DVDs in Britain under the Buena Vista label so they could've released it by now, they just haven't. They may be waiting for the eventual re-release of Clerks in America before they start selling it in the UK.

Mallrats DVD.

Universal own Mallrats and have released a bare bones disc. They may very well be doing this to see how many units sell before they spend more money on releasing the extras on that side of the pond.

Chasing Amy DVD.

For a long time it was thought that Criterion didn't release in Britain because the market was supposedley too small, but they have changed their ways and are now releasing Chasing Amy on DVD as HMV exclusive from Feb 2002. It will be available nationwide in August or September 2002. The British release is identical to the American.

Dogma DVD.

VCI/Film Four were supposed to release the same Special Edition as the one released in America, but due to constant delays they opted out to just get the film out there so only a bare bones disc is available, although the interviews on it are pretty cool and rare so it may be worth getting from any Kevin Smith nuts for those 20 minutes alone. VCI/Film Four may re-release Dogma as a Special Edition with the American DVDs content.

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back DVD.

This is rumoured to be coming out in May 2002. Most likely with the extras from the American Special Edition.
