I assume that you live in a region 2 zone and this may be a stupid question but why don't you get someone to buy you a region 1 dvd player and ship it over. I know that sucks and is expensive but then you can buy the films online and to get all the extras that Region 1 gets. I assume that VA films are not the only ones region 2 gets the short stick on.

Why release such a bog-standard DVD compared with the region 1 release?? I really don't get it. Is this the same treatment Clerks and Chasing Amy will get. That is if they actually do get released. There are a lot of fans over in the UK who are bitterly disappointed with what we have!
