If Rocket's NOT a VA employee, how would he know the amount Kevin charges to do public speaking? What he was saying ("your cape is showing") is a metaphor.
And here's a little advice, and I'm not trying to be mean: go down the board and read some of the older threads. It'll get you up-to-date and might give you something new to talk about (God knows we need it, after all the Mewes' warrant talk and stupid polls).
