: : : So if I say... "I know how much you love to watch Clerks" or "You know, Titanic is probaly the worst movie ever" or "Jump?!? I hate that fucking song" its okay?
: : titles can't be copyrighted. You can say "Clerks" or "Titanic" or "Jump", you just can't expound on that property with say movie clips or song lyrics.

and make money from it. I don't know what name they are using, but I can say if it's like "Star Whores" or such, Lucas ain't going to win. The only way he can is if he (his lawyers) can prove they're trying to bank on his work. And you have to admit, Princess Lay-Ah would make a good name...
P.S. Look at episode 4 from the Clerks animated series. They pumped that full of movie titles and even likenesses.
