: ...but I have been posting and reading here for a while now, and I was wondering if most boards bicker endlessly about board policy, and who has the right to say what to who due how long they have been posting?
: It seems to go on forever, waste space, and get everyone's panties in a bunch. I only say waste, because as much as it is debated, it never resolves itself.
: Is this the norn on most boards such as this one, or does Kevin Smith just have a lot of anal fans, or concerned web dwellers? (depending on how you look at it)
MY biggest question is why do people log on here to post about off-topic, non VA things?
It makes absolutely no sense. Do you ask your history teacher questions about your biology homework assignment?
When you cable TV repairman comes to your hosue, do you ask him to fix your air conditioner?
And then all these 13 year olds who talk endlessly about stupid things keep telling me I have no right to tell people what to post as they go on to post threads about the Nickelodeon Channel, sandwiches, and "bad band names."
Why don't you use your email for off-topic conversations that have nothing to do with VA? I'm not saying you can't talk about that stuff...my question is only why do you use THIS FUCKING BOARD to do it?
Since we're on a VA board under the domain name www.viewaskew.com, it only seems reasonable that topics be limited to VA subjects, not sandwiches and cable tv stations.
