I don't remember it ever ruling. The only thing that i liked was the sketch where Kel (i think that was his name) had a segment where he pretened to be a French guy in a bathtub. If you want to talk about good Nick shows talk about Salute your Shorts, Pete and Pete, and Hey Dude. CAn't forget Ren and Stimpy, Doug, David the Nome, Eureka's Castle...I'm sure I'm missing stuff.
