Definitely lacking. But it was animated well AND the pilot of their spaceship was a cowboy who wore a cowboy hat over his helmet AND had a guitar that could shoot energy.

They weren't related by blood, but were part of the same ninja clan. If I recall, Storm Shadow was only in Cobra because he knew the killer of the ninja clan master was murdered by someone in Cobra. Turned out to be Zartan.
