can do that.....usually there is a councel that deliberates the ramifications of ousting a member of the Hov before a member is ousted as well.
They take into count the years of service that particular hov has put into the group, the quality of that Hov's work, and the impact that that hov has had on society. As well they take into account the mental effect it would have on that particular hov too.
All in all it is a very long process and during that time theHov has "many, MANY" chances to redeem himself. So I think I'm safe fora bit.
