Shannen Doherty in Mallrats. I thought she was so fucking great at delivering Smith's dialog (elevator scene, "shit with a smile" scene) and I think she was great opposite Brodie.
Ed Hapstak in Clerks. No one ever mentions his character in Clerks, but his "shoe smelling mutherfucker" line is delivered so well, and I think the rest of his few lines are great too.
