Man Tresspassing at Britney's House

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Security guards patrolling Britney Spears' Hollywood Hills home called police when they caught a man allegedly trespassing, a police spokesman said.
Officers arrived at the singer's home around 11 a.m. Tuesday and saw a security detail detaining a man who allegedly was on the property, Officer Jason Lee said.
But the guards declined to make a report and the unidentified man was allowed to go.
``No one pressed charges. There's no crime,'' Lee said.
The 20-year-old Spears was in New York at the time, receiving a Fun Fearless Female Award from Cosmopolitan magazine. She makes her film debut in ``Crossroads,'' which opens Feb. 15.
