Ghost World DVD

I know a lot of people on the board dug Ghost World. It's certainly on my Top 10 list of last year. Now it's out on DVD. Based on the information on Amazon, it looks like the DVD in a bare bones version. I'd gladly buy the bare bones DVD, unless there's a special edition around the corner.

Does anybody know if there is a planned release of a Ghost World DVD with additional content?
