Jarrett held Vince up for (I'm told) 250,000 to drop the Intercontinental Belt to Chyna on his last night before leaving for the Dubbya-Cee-Dubbya. He basically said that if they didn't pay him, he'd skip the PPV and debut on WCW, never having been defeated for the I-C title. Vince was not happy.

Plus, he doesn't get along with JR and Stone Cold.

So, I can see Steiner showing up, but not J-E-Double-F.
