try downloading a regular IRC program. I don't know what that is other than it is the stuff that connects you to the chat. Sorry, I can't tell you more, but what I know about computers wouldn't fill a thimble. Also, I am heading to bed (gotta get up in a couple of hours) so someone else will have to help you from here.
