: Being that Clekrs and Dogma are somewhat hockey movies..(or at least give big nods to the best sport out there)
: and considering that "Slapshot 2:Straight to Video" will probably suck
: have you ever considered making a full on hockey movie...
: also check this punk/hockey band's documentary trailer

: --------------------------------------------------------
: Two Man Advantage is also the subject of a
: documentary titled "69 Minutes of Fame," directed by Mark Foster, who filmed the band over the last two years.
: Mark Foster "who is represented by the Hungry Man production company in Manhattan and makes his living by directing commercials "funded the project himself.
: "It was a funny story," Foster explains. "The band started out as a joke, but here it is with a life of its own now. I thought that was cool. It was definitely a learning experience."
: Foster hopes to get the film shown at film festivals like Sundance and Cannes in hopes of finding distribution while he searches for his next project.
: "It's for the exposure, and obviously I love to do this," Foster says. "It's a labor of love... Just as some bands can be."
: Plans to release this documentary as a DVD / VHS is also being discussed at this time. We'll keep you posted.
: *** UPDATE: We have tentative plans to show the film at the Malverne Theater, in Malverne, NY (that's Nassau County, Long Island) -- sometime in the spring of 2002..........keep it here for updates ****
