Do you see the phrase "all of his movies sucked and I hate him..." anywhere at all in what the poor dude said? No. He felt "Strike Back" was a "letdown," meaning that he usually likes Kevin Smith movies, but felt the big guy struck out this time.
He explained the reasons he didn't like the film; I don't agree with most of them, but I appreciate him expressing his disappointment somewhat articulately. I don't think he posted this to be malicious, but because he felt he had something to say.
And as far as your "Um, ok, we all have our opinions about just about everything in life, but we must learn where, when and how to express those opinions" comment is concerned, I think this is what you're getting at: Express your opinions, but only when the majority (including I, Swami Vivekenanda) concurs.
