Are we talking what format to view on, or shoot on?
Because I find BetaCam SP really nice to shoot stuff on, though now I find myself leaning towards DV-CAM because of the nice "widescreen" option.
Playback, I'd definitely say DVC-Pro, since the quality is excellent and there's no pre-roll time. Just hit play and it goes.
If you're just talking about the consumer level stuff, and what I just typed made me sound like a complete ass, my apologies. :)
