I normally don't post like this, but go fuck yourself! Were you at the same megacon I was at? The one in Orlando? The one with Kevin Smith? Not bizzaro Kevin Smith, but the real ones? Because I saw Kevin many times. I did not make it into any "official" line, but I did watch him signing. He signed a fucking ton of autographs all weekend. He was smiling, talking and very friendly. If he was on the phone, so what? He already replied and said he was talking to his parents. What a terrible crime, huh?
I managed to get his sig at the viewaskew booth an hour before a panel. He was very friendly and was talking to everybody! He smiled and listened and was asking people's names so he could sign the item to them! Kevin was great this weekend. I can understand your frustration at not being able to talk to "The man", but to stop being a fan? That's a joke. It would have been impossible for anybody to sign for all the people who wanted Kevin to sign for them. There was too many people, but I think Kevin did a great job. I am even more of a fan of his since I met him and heard him speak. Even if I did not get his autograph, I would feel the same way. He is very fan oriented and the way he conducted himself at Megacon was great!
