Dogma DVD Problems???

Hello-
anyone have a problem with the first two deleted scenes ( J&SB in parking lot w/Linda And the Carlin/Catholicism Wow intro?) they appear like the DVD is dragging and the picture isnt crisp but everything else is fine.
on both DVD'S. Can I get a yep or a nope from someone..........
