Because if you read the article in which he describes going to the doctor and finding out that he has a very serious health condition, you can see you your post might be well... beyond bad taste.
See, sometimes people do die, and they do in fact have other things going on in their life.
So, grab a crayon, a piece of cardboard, and try to find some way to console yourself until it arrives.
