Kevin has no plans to make the daredevil movie. He is currently working on Jersey Girl, then writing and directing the Animated Clerks movie, then hopefully finally continuing the Fletch series, possibly with Jason Lee as Fletch himself.
Affleck, however, has signed to play daredevil. I believe production has already begun.
