Two really come to mind.

Pulp Fiction, the entire Jack Rabbit Slims scene, including the dance.

Goodfellas, The introduction scene in the club, where they move about the club introducing all the gangsters,"...there was 'Jimmy Two Times' who got that name because he said everything twice like, 'I'm gonna go get the papers, get the papers'"

: What individual film scenes, as opposed to entire films, really make you wish you'd been the one to make them?

: I'd go with the scene at the end of BATMAN in which the Joker dances with Vicki. It's just a perfect example of humour making a scary situation even scarier. That scene alone is enough to make me forgive any bad thing Tim Burton has ever done.

: The ear-cutting scene in RESERVOIR DOGS is up there, too, for much the same reason.
