The US version of the book may not have the final chapter, but certainly UK versions do. Search around, you'll hear about it from somewhere.

Here you go:
"The movie leaves out a few chapters, but also adds a few scenes. It does, however leave out chapter 21, which is only available in Britain. It shows Alex growing up, and settling down and getting married. The US publisher decided not to include that chapter in our version of the book, and Kubrick never knew it existed."
