I really haven't read any of his stuff yet. I have shelf after shelf of books I haven't gotten to yet. I often find myself reading two or three books at a time.

: : : Which is unusual on this board. So howabout listing your top 10 favorite books ever? Or authors? Or something?

: : OK, these ten are in no particular order becuase I suck at making top ten lists, but here goes

: : Red Mars by Kim Stanley Robinson
: : The Stand by Stephen King
: : Rose Madder by Stephen King (any book where a wife beater dies a horrible death gets a thumbs up in my book!)
: : Star Wars X-Wing Wraith Squadron by Arron Allston
: : Cybill Disobedience by Cybill Shepard
: : Wake Up, I'm Fat! by Camryn Manheim
: : The Icewind Dale Trilogy Collector's Edition by R.A. Salvatore
: : Star Trek DS9 Fallen Heroes by Daffyd ab Hugh
: : The Pelican Brief by John Grisham
: : The Rainmaker by John Grisham

: Valis is one of my favorites, but I really liked Now Wait for Next Year. I haven't been able to find the movie, "The Gospel According to Philip K. Dick," but that's on my must-see list.
