Hannibal - Remember the bit where Jay wonders if Suzanne is a super-monkey and has the day-dream which looks a lot like Planet Of The Apes? Well, in that sequence, there's a scene where Dante is strapped to a table while two monkeys cut open his head and nibble on his brain - there's your Hannibal reference.
