Music change - Justice Appearance

I don't know if this has already been asked and/or answered but, did anyone else notice that when Justice first appears on JSBSB that the music in the theatrical version is "The most beatiful girl in the world" but on the dvd version it's "Bad Medicine". I know I can't be the only one. Any reason why?
