MING about the whole banning/deleting of threads?

I was just wondering. When a poster like Bouve keeps his little diatribes up, I know Ming has the authority to delete, but do you have to ask permission from Kevin at all? P

Please say yes, I just want to read it that Kevin knows what a dick people can be on the board. Even if its not true, just sayt hat it is. Maybe even link it so the next time someone gets threatened with being banned they will know, without a doubt, Kevin KNOWS your being a dick on his site.
