I saw him on this video game review show on TBS, had no clue who he was until today, but the website has tons of clips, he's really funny. I'm not a video game person at all and I still love the show.......check it out. For those of you who don't know who Dave Mandel is, he cowrote The Clerks Animated Series with Kevin and a bunch of other peeps.
