Monkeybone. It has both "monkey" and "bone" in the title.
Runner up: Bubble Boy
Action:
Swordfish. Wow, that movie was a rush in a half. I both wet my pants and ejaculated during it(though not at the same time).
Runner up: Mummy II
Drama:
I Am Sam. Boy, I didn't know whether if this was a comedy or not because of the funny subject matter, but I looked it up and it turns out it is one. Never laughed so hard in my life.
