Ok, I just got back from seeing Panic Room. The movie was actualy pretty good; the opening was nice, not too short or too long, the story flowed well, and there was the right mix of suspense and drama. It is my opinion, however, that the ending of the movie should be the best part, simply becaust that is the part of the movie that the audience is going to remember. I think the ending can make a person's opinion of a movie do a 180 and in this case it did. If at the end of the flick, when Forest Whitaker is about to go over the fence and she stopped the cops, that would have been a good ending, instead it goes off with them looking for another appt. I was let down - I'd say the first 97% of the movie was great.. but like I said earlier the ending, the final 3%, killed it for me. You may have a different opinion..
