....hey, the least I can do is include a few reasons I liked the flicks so much.
IN ORDER:
1: "Mallrats":
Sorry, but by far the best Kevin Smith flick ever made. I saw myself in Brodie, and saw a few of my ex-girlfriends through the fights/make-ups. I must say, I would've done what Brodie did too. Oh yeah, and I'm afraid of what I bring home to show my Mom, (for the same reasons Brodie was).
2: "Clerks":
A VERY original and genius flick. After all the S**T the guy went through to make it, (selling his comic collection, maxing out his credit card, etc) it should get tons and tons of credit. A hillarious movie that just won't get off your mind, even after you stop watching it.
Oh yeah, and I can relate to Dante' a little.
3: "Clerks: TAS":
"ABC" sucks. Why did they get rid of such a possible money-maker. Hey, between the commentary track and even the articles in "Wizard", it sounded like "ABC" didn't even want to air the thing. Stupid, stupid people. It was better than that freaking "Baby Blues" show.....well...."Clerks: TAS" deserves higher judgement than that.....but it was good.
4: "Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back":
Just a fun little raunch fest/thank-you to the fans. Great job Kevin.
5: "Chasing Amy":
Much like my second relationship, (except for we were on and off and she wasn't a lespo). It just hit me in the right spot, (not to mention how Banky gay bashed the T.V. while playing hockey....don't we all? Geez, freaking lay off Affleck).
6: "Dogma":
Ummmm, I'm catholic, and didn't get offened at all.....I don't want to kill the guy for making such a funny flick either. Maybe the radical catholics should actually WATCH the flick before protesting at a freaking movie theather.
These are my reasons. Thank you,
