I was so happy to hear Carlin on Imus this morning. He was so enthusiastic about Jersey Girl. I liked that he said he kept telling Kevin to keep him in mind if any serious roles came up. Kevin using him is a wonderful choice. George Carlin is an extremely smart and funny man. I think comedians are the best dramatic actors. They give believable insight into their characters and make the audience care. Carlin also brought Kevin Smith's movies to a new audience by talking about them on Imus.
: Hey, thought I would tell everyone that I heard George Carlin talking about Jersy Girl on the Imus in the morning program this morning. he said he was playing ben affleks father in the flick, and that it was a "more serious" role than the last one he played (ie Cardnal Glick in Dogma), but thats not really a suprise, Glick was goofy anyway.
: Just thought I'd let people know.
