1: Chasing Amy--good message to be had in this one;Joey Lauren Adams did a wonderful job with her character though most of the people I talked to can't get over the fact that they didn't get back together in the end.
2: Dogma--Once again, a good message here. Besides, the whole prophets/profits thing was funny; so was Rufus...c'mon, Chris Rock the Apostle; all those super religious people that didn't like it really need to lighten up; God was probably even cracking up over this one
The others I can't really put in any particular order because I can't put any of them last. They all have excellent qualities in such a diverse range that it would be unfair to number them. However, I did love Mallrats and was very disappointed at the short-handed showing it received.
My husband, on the other hand, would definetly put mallrats first. He is a major comic book fan and thinks Brodie is kin to God.
Disclaimer: yes I am a newbie and though I will probably be reamed for admitting it, someone was bound to notice anyway. I am definitely a major fan; it just took me awhile to get hooked up into the website. Anyway, I was a little confused on the whole board thing so I hope I am doing this right. If not, I am sure someone will tell me.
