Well he never actually said the name of the movie. But in responding to The Rock's story that he once beat a man so badly he ended up in the hospital. The hospital found a brain tumor and the beating actually “saved” the guy’s life. Howard responded that he was once raped his birthday party by a man and his two sons and when he went to the hospital they found colon cancer… saving his life.
