While watching the Clerks cartoon,
I noticed there is a part in the courtroom episode where Jay makes similar song type noises and motions like he and Jason Lee did in J&SB.
Since the trio was discussing legal matters in the movie, I figured it was an Easter Egg from the legal episode of the cartoon.
Any thoughts?
