Hey, me and some friends are working on an extrmely small, extremely low budget, not for profit indie animation flick and are planning a a few scenes that use Kevin Smith's likeness or mention his name...I was just wondering how it is possible to get the o.k. for that sort of thing.

If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it, otherwise we'll have to use someone else, and that would mildly suck considering we're all huge fans and want to keep the story straight.
