Operate like Enterprise Rent-A-Car (except don't take the car to her). Every day of use is $29 with a maximum of 25 miles a day. After that, it is 20 cents a mile. Also, she must fill it up before returning or she is issued a gas fee.
Only give her the car once she has signed contract with above items outlined, and provided proper identification and credit card.
