What am I? A biologist? I don't know why they look alike...maybe they're brother and sister...maybe milhouse is just a really younger brother...maybe the marriage was a sham so milhouse could think he had regular parents...or maybe it's just coincidence...better yet, maybe it's just a cartoon and it's more visually obvious that way...
