I've never seen the treatment before, but James Cameron was originally lined up to do Spider-Man. It could be the real thing, but I'm not gonna read the whole thing. It's certainly anything but a screenplay. Especially the one line about how everyone loves an underdog hero or something near the end(I skimmed).
