...upon dozens of comic adaptations are in the works, between film and television. Of course, a lot of them will never see the light of day, but you can never be sure.
To cap most of the major film attempts:
Marvel:
* Daredevil, as we all know.
* The Hulk, helmed by Ang Lee, led by Eric Bana and Jennifer Connelly
* X2 (The X-Men Sequel), most of the original cast plus some new mutants, most likely in an adaptation of "God Loves, Man Kills"
* Blade III
* Spiderman 2
DC: (though these seem a long way off)
* Batman: Year One, helmed by Darren "Requiem for a Dream" Aronofsky
* Superman 5, helmed by "Charlie's Angels" McG... *shudders*
* Wonder Woman, with Sandra Bullock slated to star
* Catwoman, a weird crow-ripoff take on the character
Down the road:
* Powers (Image)... Haven't heard too much about this, but there have been talks
* Submariner (Marvel) has been ever-so-slightly mentioned by Marvel Studios head, Avi Arad
There's news on these and other adaptations every day. There are a lot of sites out there that cover the genre, but I find Comics2Film.com to be the best. Check it out.
