I won't pretend I haven't been sitting here refreshing the board in order to try and get Firsties, but Lasties has always seemed pointless to me, and once someone has got Firsties and it's there for all to see, why carry on?
Fisties was funny the first time, but obviously some people still enjoy a joke when it's being done for the fiftieth...
So to answer, Firties is fine by me, but once it's happened, it should be left alone.
