if he is as sick as they say he is, it would be hard to find him? There's gotta be supplies, drugs, medical equipment, techs, labs, etc.
Renal therapy isn't rare anymore, but there's still not that many companies involved in this that you wouldn't be able to follow up on it.
I think with that kind of a marker, it's hard to fly below the radar. If they wanted to find him, they could.
