: comics that become cartoons (which can also become movies and tv shows and tv show spin offs) are all the rage now arent they? i remember articles about how hollywood was buying up comic stuff left right and centre. And no im not just talking about the reference in JSBSB. Smallville is a example of this on the smaller screen, there is also a cartoon being done of spiderman (again) for mtv and if you have ever read SpyBoy (peter david, pop mhan) that is currently in production for the cartoon treatment.
I've never read SpyBoy. Is it good. It must be or else you wouldn't be pimping it right?
I like the spiderman cartoons, and comics, I just hope the movie dosen't blow. (have you noticed the 73 oldsmobile in the trailers? it's the same one from the Evil Dead trilogy) I'm a huge fan of all things Scooby but, I'll admit I have serious doubts about the upcoming flick. Freddie Prinze Jr. as Fred?? What the hell were they smoking?
Seriously, I wish they'd ask for imput from the fans before comics become movies.
