How do i go about setting up an interview. I have a school project due in a month about a career. I am an aspiring film maker so i choose to do directing, writing, producing, etc. Since there is little chance of a face-to-face interview i was hoping i could chat with one of you either via Instant Message, Email, or boards or (haha) by phone. To give you an idea on the questions at hand, here are the first 5 (outof 25) questions i have come up with.
01. During the production of a film, how much of a team effort is put in to creating the film?
02. Who are the poeple you most rely on in the production process and what are their main tasks? (assitants, producers, script developers, etc.)
03. Who are the important people in script development and whose input do you most trust?
04. How should someone deal with a low budget production? What cut-backs need to be made and what mistakes are fairly common?
05. Describe the process of actor\actress selection.
...fellow askewian in the field (directing, etc.) willing to be interviewed, i will take the opportunity if my efforts fail. Other askewians thinking none of them will reply SCREW YOU, i think kevin put an end to that shit earlier today.
