DVD Players......

I am lookin to buy a DVD player....hoping to spend between $150-$175......any advice as to what brand/model I should get? I have been considering the Sony DVP-F21 or the Sony DVP-NS300B, but I really don't know much about electronics. Figured you all would have much more experience/knowledge on the subject.....
